Welcome to Panorama and Summit Orthopedic’s patient portal.  Our patient portal is a special tool that will allow you to communicate with our office and your doctor’s staff quickly and easily, in a secure manner.

By enrolling in the patient portal you will have easy on-line access to the following features:

  • Register for your appointment
  • Email your medical questions to your physician and their medical staff

 

The first step is to set up your individual account. If you are creating an account for the first time, you will need a “token”.  A token is a unique number that we give you to create your account.  If you have not received a token verbally from one of our team members please contact the office at 303-233-1223.

After receiving your token/number, visit www.nextmd.com to create your account. Once you have an account you can log-in directly from Summit Orthopedic’s web site in the future. If you have questions or problems along the way.  Call our portal support team at 720-497-6113.  We’re here to help!
